Peaceful Parenting Book Group
We will be reading and discussing Peaceful Parents, Happy Kids by Dr Laura Markham and I would like to invite you to join me. The virtual book group is free, will meet on Zoom every week for 6 weeks and has space for 8 parents.
3 Steps to Parenting Peace
In this 4-week group programme, I will equip you with the tools to strengthen your bond with your children, from finding self-compassion to connecting before correcting. We’ll explore practical strategies together in a friendly and supportive environment to enable you to set loving, empathetic boundaries with none of the drama.
